Our colleague just came back from our customer’s working site. They helped customer install the 100KW microwave sterilizer for sterilizing the sliced onion.
The sterilized onion is crashed into powder as seasoning.
The microwave system is with hot air system and cooling system. The total dimensions is 24000mm*1350mm* 2150mm.
It can also be used for sterilizing the seasoning & spices.
